Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for the year and are never charged again unless you buy again. There’s no monthly plan; monthly figures are the yearly price divided by 12.
What counts as a project?
One brand, client or product line, with its own brief, picture style, weeks and tracked accounts, and all five platforms.
When does the year start, and what happens at the end?
The year starts the day you set up the project (or ends a year after purchase if you never do). At the end, nothing renews or is charged. The project stops making new pictures and can’t add tracked accounts beyond the most it has had. To carry on, buy a new project.
Can I get a refund?
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase if you haven’t started any project from it. Once a project from a purchase has been started, that purchase isn’t refundable, except where the law says otherwise. A project counts as started once it’s set up, even if later deleted. Email webmaster@hypemachine.co.
What’s a tracked account?
Any account you measure, yours or a competitor’s, on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook. 20 per project, in any mix. X posts are written but X accounts aren’t measured.
Do I connect my accounts? Does it post for me?
No to both. You paste public profile addresses, with no logins or passwords. You download each post and publish it yourself.
Can I use my own photos and videos?
Yes, on every plan at no extra cost. Your own AI tool catalogues the files with our prompt; we never receive them. Picking from your library doesn’t use up a picture.
Can I delete a project and reuse it?
Only if no picture has been made and no tracked account added, within a year of purchase. Deleting doesn’t erase its data from our systems.
